Payment card details are handled by Viva.com and are not stored by Altchemist. Shipping & Returns
We currently ship worldwide where fulfillment is permitted. Shipping availability may change by product and jurisdiction. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel or refund it. Returns are accepted only for unopened products when approved by support, and return eligibility may be limited for botanical products, damaged packages, or legal restrictions.
Jurisdiction Restrictions
